Return Process

Contact our customer support team at support@fossibot.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated shipping address for our service center.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all cables and manuals, clearly mark the RMA on the outside, and ship the package using a trackable service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the item for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
